Recently, our company received two Civil Judgments issued by the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court (numbered [(2021) No.139 of Shanghai 73 Zhiminchu] and [(2021) No.141 of Shanghai 73 Zhiminchu]). Shanghai Sensong New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Sensong") made a judgment against Jiangsu Dongfang Ruiji Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfang Ruiji") and Shanghai Yunshen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Yunshen", which is a strategic partner of Dongfang Ruiji) on the dispute over the infringement of the patent right of the polysilicon reduction furnace, and finally it took two hours to make a judgment.

Since March, 2020, Shanghai Sensong has filed four patent infringement lawsuits against two companies, Oriental St. Regis and Shanghai Yunshen, against polysilicon reduction furnace in Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. During the trial, Shanghai Sensong withdrew two cases of infringement, and the other two cases have been kept in litigation. During the trial, the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court conducted many trials and detailed investigations. With the court's in-depth understanding of the case, the facts of the case gradually became clear and the case was further clarified. After nearly two and a half years of continuous trial and investigation, in May 2022, Dongfang Ruiji and Shanghai Yunshen finally obtained a fair and just judgment, and won four patent infringement litigation cases. This also fully demonstrates the hard-core strength of scientific and technological innovation of Oriental St. Regis and Shanghai Yunshen, and the scientific and technological achievements of independent innovation can stand the test of time and practice.
