The welder skill contest was jointly organized by production department, technology department, quality inspection department, administrative personnel department and HSE. In order to do a good job in this skill contest, the Administration and Personnel Section carefully prepared and organized, and all departments and departments actively supported and cooperated. The production department overcame many difficulties such as heavy production tasks, prepared welding machines and test pieces, provided competition venues, and created good competition conditions. The technology department and the quality inspection department formulated the scoring standards and competition rules in advance. The contest attracted 40 welding experts to participate.

They put themselves into the competition in their own state, and repeatedly compared the workpieces in order to obtain a perfect weld. At that time, the welding machine roared, the welding flowers splashed everywhere, and the ground was filled with exquisite finished weldments.

In the later stage, the technology department and quality inspection department comprehensively consider, grade and evaluate the contestants' works item by item according to the standards of the scoring table. In the end, Li Xinli won the first place in the welder skill contest; The second place is Shen Chaozheng and Chang Chengchao; The third place is Yao Baoji, Ou Jili and Tian Yisuo.
