At 8: 15 a.m. on January 20th, pursue dreams and create brilliance together ——2021 employee commendation meeting and award ceremony was held in front of the company administration building. Chairman Tan Ke, members of the company's leading group, middle-level cadres and all employees attended the commendation meeting and award ceremony.

General manager Cheng Jiabiao first delivered a speech for the commendation meeting. He realistically reviewed the company's work and achievements in 2021 from the aspects of deepening internal management, strengthening corporate culture and performing duties of departments, scientifically analyzed the opportunities faced by the company, pointed out the goals and tasks in 2022, and put forward newer and higher requirements for the work of all staff this year.

Later, Chairman Tan Ke spoke, and he pointed out that we should further clarify the development goals and put the idea of continuous improvement and seeking truth and being pragmatic into the overall work of the company. We should continue to adhere to the business strategy of sustainable development, improve the ability to prevent business risks and gradually expand the market. Accelerate the pace of product research and development, technological innovation and management innovation, strengthen basic management, optimize the reengineering production process, and realize the steady and rapid development of business scale.

接着公司领导班子成员分别为荣获2021年度优秀员工、全能明星、优秀中层干部、优秀团队颁发荣誉证书、锦旗。此次大会共表彰了54位优秀员工、4位全能明星、7位优秀中层干部、7个优秀团队。随后领导班子成员分别为满5年、10年、15年、20年工龄的老员工颁发保温杯、银牌、金牌纪念品，以此表彰老员工多年来为公司做出的奉献。
